Many UTV dealers offer after-market “high seats,” or “hunting seats” which make the vehicles top heavy and prone to rollover accidents. Often, they make the vehicle violate applicable safety standards. Their use is warned against by the UTV owner’s manual and voids the manufacturer’s warranty.

According to a new study published in the BMJ — formerly the British
Medical Journal — researchers have determined that
medical errors are the third leading cause of death in the United States ,
trailing only heart disease and cancer. Based on the results of the study,
medical errors result in the death of roughly 251,000 people each year.
That is over 100,000 more than the next highest leading causes of death,
respiratory disease (147,000), accidents (136,000), and stroke (133,000).
