Houston UTV High Seat / Hunting Seat Lawsuits

Many UTV dealers offer after-market “high seats,” or “hunting seats” which make the vehicles top heavy and prone to rollover accidents. Often, they make the vehicle violate applicable safety standards. Their use is warned against by the UTV owner’s manual and voids the manufacturer’s warranty.

Nevertheless, any UTV dealers encourage purchasers to buy the seats. The result, all too often, is severe injury or death.

These high seats are sometimes called:

  • Lock and Ride UTV High Seat
  • Lock and Ride UTV High Bench Seat
  • Mid-size Lock and Ride High Seat
  • Ranger Lock and Ride UTV High Seat/Bench
  • Ranger Lock and Ride UTV High Double Seat
  • SitUp Rear Passenger High Seat UTV
  • Double Back High Rack Bench Seat
  • Double Wide Lift Seat
  • Double Wide High Seat w/rack
  • Polaris High Seats

If you or a loved one has been injured by one of these products, you may be able to take legal action against the dealer and/or manufacturer of the high seat.
